Our New Chat Feature

We wanted to provide an update to our existing and potential new clients regarding the new chat feature we’ve added to our website. Recently, we’ve seen a lot of new traffic come through our website and we wanted to make sure we’re doing everything we can to get folks in touch with us as quickly, easily and painlessly as possible. A big step in that direction is the new chat window we’ve added to our website. Here are some things we want everyone to know about our Chat feature:

1. You get to speak to a real live human who’s going to be able to assist our attorney’s by taking down some initial details about your case, and getting contact info from you so we can have an attorney get right back in touch with you. They’re great people and they’re here to make sure you get the help you deserve.

2. This is a private means of communication. The information you provide goes directly from our chat operators to our attorneys.

3. Even after hours our chat feature still functions. If you contact us after normal working hours you’re still going to be able to get a hold of someone on our chat screen and they’re going to get attorney’s your information ASAP.

4. If you want to look at additional pages on our site that isn’t a problem the chat feature will follow you to almost every page on our website, allowing you learn more about us while we assist you.

5. Don’t be afraid to use the chat feature! It’s convenient easy to use and we think it’s really going to help our clients.
